Refund Policy


All sales on are final.
Damages/Defects/Incorrect Items:

To be eligible for return, claims for damaged/defective/incorrect items must be filed within three (3) business days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Any damages to packaging or products must be noted with the shipper at the time of delivery in order for us to process a damage claim. Claims received after 3 business days of delivery will not be processed. If packaging materials are not kept, cannot process a damage claim.

Claims must be reported immediately to by email to along with the following information:

  • order number in the subject line of the email
  • reason for requested return
  • minimum of 3 digital photos clearly showing the damage, defective or incorrect item

If approves the return request, a return authorization will be issued along with a packing label for you to use for the return. If we are able, we will replace the damaged item. If  replacement is not possible, you will be able to either a) receive store credit for the amount, or b) receive a refund.
